Quote a project
How to quote a project?
Please send your RFQ to sales[at]symphelectronics.ro. Please check the required files at the specific service category. (bellow)
What if we have special requirements or I can not find capabilities on your webpage?
In case of any special requirement or information please include them in your RFQ e-mail.
I would like to become a collaborator?
We are opened for long term collaborations, if you want to integrate our services into your portofolio please contact our sales department and book meeting.
Order and delivery
How do I order?
Please send your RFQ and your fabrication files to sales[at]symphelectronics.ro. We will respond as soon as we can with a quotation.
What are the payment methods?
At the moment we accept wire transfer and Pay Pal.
What are the payment terms?
The payment terms for the first order is payment in advance. You can request the opening of a business account with payment terms of 30 days. For this please send your request, we will revew your request and get back to you within one week.
I am a student, do you offer discount for academy?
Yes, we are glad to help students and research teams in their projects. You can apply for academy coupons by sending a proof of your position (student ID) and contact of the advisor professor.
How are orders shipped?
International shipping is ensured by the following carriers DHL, UPS and GLS. Regional shipping is ensured by Fan Curier.
I have my own carrier, can I handle the shipping myself?
You can handle your shipping with your carrier or we are happy to see you over a cup of coffee.
How can I track my delivery?
We keep our customers informed in case of any difficulties during production that may affect the delivery time. After the completion of the order we will send you the tracking number.
Do you check the files before production?
Yes, we check all your files. In case of detection of missing information or anomaly we will send you an e-mail with our suggestions. Please keep in mind that we do our best to prevent any failure, but the ultimate responsibility of a successful project is determined by your designer.

Our company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Also our EMS services are guided by IPC and NASA standards.
